Yes! We allow cats & dogs on property. All pets on premises must be recorded on a residential lease. Service animals and registered ESAs are welcome, but documentation must be provided to the leasing team.
While we do not have breed restrictions, we may ask you to provide a written recommendation from a veterinarian or trainer that your pet’s temperament is well-suited for apartment dwelling. Of course, you are expected to be respectful of other residents when in common spaces with your pet, use designated areas for pet relief, and ALWAYS clean up after your pet.
We do not require a pet deposit; however, there is a $50 monthly fee per pet. Additionally, there is a one-time fee of $85 per dog at move-in. Both fees are non-refundable. .
We have attached garage parking available for $100 per month. We also have detached parking garages available for $75 per month. Residents are also welcome to park in the parking lot during the lease term.
Utilities are billed at a flat rate of $125 per month per unit, which covers water, sewer, gas, WiFi, cable and trash services. Electricity is separately metered and set up in the resident’s name, with charges based on individual usage. In addition, there is a $75 monthly amenity fee per unit, which provides access to community amenities and shared spaces.
